The A. Pietig crew was scheduled to give a concrete driveway service to a customer in Edina. His driveway was raised in one area, along with cracks throughout. He just wanted a completely new driveway, instead of repairing it. To do this, we had to grind the surface and break it into chunks. We then measured the area and appropriately measured the concrete filling. This needs to be done carefully. We were able to complete the service and notify our customer shortly after. We were able to finish the project within the timeframe we said. We asked our customer to take a look at the driveway before we left and he said, “wow, your team did an excellent job! I am really impressed on how the driveway looks. It has never looked so good!” We asked him how he heard about our company, and he said he found us on Angie’s List. He said he was very impressed with our outstanding customer reviews. A few days later, he left us a review that simply stated, “Great job, great price, great team.”
